Beer and Cheese Pairing. Delivery!! 4/11

This is a three course beer and cheese pairing, delivered to you by our laid-off bartender friends. All tips plus a portion of sales go to them. Order here and they will deliver to you between 4 and 7 pm on Saturday 4/11. We're keeping deliveries as close to Denton as possible. If you're unsure about our range, please give us a call. You are also welcome to pick it up if you are outside of range.

We've come up with some lighter, brighter flavor profiles for this pairing.

You can enjoy in any order you please, but here are the pairings:

1)  2 bottles of Blanche de Chambly, which is a Belgian-style wit beer with coriander and orange zest. We've paired this with a 1/4 lb of Thomasville Tomme, which is a raw cow's milk tomme from Sweet Grass Dairy. It is mild, grassy, and a little mushroom-y.

2)  2 cans of Real Ale's Lime Gose, which is a german style beer with lime and sea salt. Slightly tart, extremely refreshing, and we've paired it with a 1/4 lb of La Dama Sagrada (the Sacred Lady) which is a goat milk-style Manchego from Spain.

3)  2 bottles of JK Honeycrisp Haze cider, which is an organic, unfiltered, wild-fermented cider from Michigan. Not a cider drinker? We didn't use to be either. Try it. We've paired this with a 1/4 lb of Prairie Breeze, which is a 9 month aged cheddar from a Mennonite collective in Iowa. It's a little sharp, a little sweet, and almost citrusy.
