Beer and Cheese Delivery 8/8

We've got some new favorite beers for you to try with some great cheese! This Saturday we're delivering a four pack of tallboys and two 1/4 lbs of cheese to pair with them- this makes a hefty portion for two people. 

We've just discovered Schloss Eggenburg brewing from Austria and picked up both their pilsner and their radler. The pilsner is grassy, dry, crisp, and refreshing, while the radler is lemony, slightly tart (like a berry) and also refreshing!

The cheeses we've paired with these two beers are:

Wooly Rind: this is a new addition to the shop. It is a mixed milk (sheep and cow) cheese made in the style of Camembert. It is a softer cheese with floral, grassy, mushroom notes.

Cabra Romero: this is an aged goat cheese (locally made!) with rosemary. It is firm and tangy with a clean, herbacious, rosemary character.

Both beers go wonderfully with both cheeses, so sit back and crack them all open at your leisure!

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. Cost does not include a tip to your driver. Drivers accept cash and venmo and all tips go directly to them. If you're curious about delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know you're out of range, you are still welcome to come pick it up! Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
