2 Year Anniversary Cheese Tasting- Staff Favorites! 10/16

It's our second anniversary, so we're going to eat nothing but our favorite cheeses! Each staff member will pick out his or her favorite and we'll talk about each cheese and why we love it! Remember, this is not a dinner or pairing, but a guided, educational cheese tasting. However, we will have beverage recommendations available at the shop. Each class features 6 different cheeses for a total of 3 oz per person with fresh Ravelin French bread along side. 

The way this works: Order your cheese box here, then swing by the shop on Friday the 16th between noon and 6 pm to pick it up. Then go home, get comfy, and tune in to the Ten : One Facebook page at 7 pm for our live stream of the class. We can eat cheese and raise a glass together, from a distance!
